Greenhouse cleaning is unique in that we are as personal as an independent cleaner, yet offer the professionalism and protections of a large organization. Like an independent cleaner, our PROs work alone or in small teams of 2. We get to know you and your home. But unlike the independent cleaner, We are the employers and handle all the training, payroll withholding taxes and workers compensation. Greenhouse cleaning is the best of both worlds, personal yet professional.
Because cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we highly encourage our customers to give us feedback so we continually customize your service. The feedback we receive helps us to serve you better, correct any problems and give praise to the cleaning PROs who meet and exceed expectations. You can call us or leave us a message by going to the contact us page at the top menu.
It's your choice, but giving us ready access to your home on your day of service is important. Many of our customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave a key in a safe place or provide codes for the garage and/or alarm system. Should you choose to give us a key, it will be stored in a locked key storage device to which only our managers have access. The key is issued to the cleaning team leader on the day of your clean. The team leader returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container.
We love pets, and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we can take care to not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.
If your cleaning falls on a holiday, don't worry because we observe, we will contact you prior to your cleaning and reschedule your cleaning for day that suits you.
If you ever need to cancel or skip a cleaning day, just give us a two business day notice. This will give us time to reassign your cleaning PRO. They love to clean, you know. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or can’t access your home, it may be necessary for us to charge up to the full price of your cleaning.
We gladly accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard , Visa , Cash , Personal check. Payment is due at the time of service and we require a credit card on file prior to your cleaning.
It’s never a requirement, but we encourage you to show your appreciation to your cleaning PRO if you’re happy with the work done in your home. A gratuity is a powerful way to say thanks. Even a personal note from you, simply saying “thanks for making my home sparkle” means a great deal.
